Vege - Xing Guo (Sponge Gourd)

The dish of vegetable sponge (sponge gourd) with egg is delicious, I like it.


Ingredients – Makes 2 servings

· 1 vegetable sponge, peeled & cut

· 1 large eggs

· ¼ cup dried shrimp

· ¼ clove garlic, chopped finely

· 2 Tbsp cooking oil

· A little salt or soy sauce

· A dash of white pepper or chili powder

· ½ cup water


Method

  1. Add cooking oil to a hot wok, reduce to medium heat, fry the garlic and dried shrimp until fragrant. Then add vegetable sponge, salt or soy sauce, white pepper or chili powder and water, fry the vegetable sponge until soft, and then add egg. Stir a little.
  2. Cover the wok to simmer until the egg is cooked.


菱角丝瓜/菜瓜加蛋,是很可口的一道菜肴,我很爱吃。


材料 - 2人份量

  • 1 菱角丝瓜/菜瓜,削皮切段
  • 1 鸡蛋
  • ¼ 虾米
  • ¼ 蒜,切细
  • 2汤匙 食油
  • 少许 盐或酱油
  • 少许 胡椒粉或辣椒粉
  • ½


做法

  1. 在热炒锅加入食油,调中热,将细蒜和虾米爆香,然后加入菱角丝、盐或酱油、胡椒粉或辣椒粉和水。菱角丝瓜炒软,即可加入蛋,稍搅拌打散。
  2. 盖上锅盖焖至蛋熟即可。

我喜欢这道菜,很久没有吃了。
我们这里煮的丝瓜是有放叉烧碎同煮的。
