Fish - Steamed Fish

I just cooked a new dish – steamed fish. It tasted very good and I couldn’t wait to share it.

Ingredients – Makes 2 servings

· 2 fillets wild Alaska cod or tilapia

· 1 tsp tapioca starch

· 1 Tbsp Shaohsing wine

· 1 Tbsp sesame oil

· 2 tsp fish sauce

· 2 tsp soy sauce

· A dash of black pepper

· 5 slices ginger, cut into strips

· 1 stalk spring onion, cut

· ¼ clove garlic, chopped finely or use fried garlic

Method

1. Coat fillets with tapioca starch and put into deep dish. Add all seasoning and garnish with black pepper, ginger, spring onion and garlic.

2. Bring water to a boil in a steamer and then turn down to medium heat, and steam the fish about 15 mins or until cooked.

3. Garnish with fried garlic. Serve warm.

材料 - 2人份量

  • 2 wild Alaska codtilapia
  • 1茶匙 生粉/茨粉
  • 1汤匙 绍兴酒
  • 1汤匙 麻油
  • 2茶匙 鱼露
  • 2茶匙 酱油
  • 少许 黑胡椒粉
  • 5 姜,切细条
  • 1 青葱,切细段
  • ¼ 蒜,切细。或油炸蒜

做法

1. 将鱼片沾上生粉后放在深盘,加入所有调味,然后黑胡椒粉、姜、青葱和蒜放在鱼片上。

2. 蒸锅煮滚水即可调中热,蒸鱼约15分钟或至熟。

3. 撒上油炸蒜,热食。
